The Cyanide Blog

Greetings all who are reading. Whether you’re a fan, friend or just here because you’re curious, this is where you can keep up to date on all my thoughts and activities.  This month (November) I’ve agreed to play 2 shows opening up for the Genitorturers. They are both within a few days of each other  but not in the same area. I have tickets for sale at a GREAT DISCOUNT for both shows and I’ve created 2 links each that I’ll post below and on my social media platforms. Also you can always meet up with me before the shows.

First up, I’ll be at Club Revolution for a Nocturnal Creatures event with Genitorturers from Florida. Its gonna be a Tuesday night November 26th. I’ll have Barbara Chiavelli on vocals with me. You can hit up either one of us for tickets. Unfortunately DJ Apophis Rex and Shannon Fatale won’t make this one due to their work schedules BUT will make the next one for sure. Just read on.

November 30th I’m at Dingbatz in Clifton NJ with Genitorturers once again. The full Cyanide crew will be present for this one. Hit up anyone from the Cyanide Project for tickets.  We’re also sharing the stage with Chmcl Str8jckt and Rest Assured. I think the Cyanide Project is a great match for these types of shows and we’re all looking forward to it.

In the meantime, Barbara and I have been writing new material and putting together a new set of music. The idea is to get something brand new released for 2020. As much as I like the Bassic Evil album, Its about time to get something new released. We have 3 new songs that we’ve already been performing out LIVE and some new parts and ideas we’ve been playing around with so its actually off to a great start. I feel that I’ve come a little ways further in honing my bass solo craft and have a better idea of how to approach it. Also with the added vocals from Barbara, it gives a whole new dimension to things. This is the direction we’ve chosen to go but I may do some more instrumental only things in the near future.

Moving forward soon we’ll be right smack in the middle of the holiday season. Things tend to slow down a little and at the moment, nothing is booked for December. That could change (usually does) BUT I can tell you that I’ve confirmed my first show  of 2020 on January 18th. I’ll be back at Revolution in Amityville NY playing with Blood Feast. Also opening are Jackpipe, Graces Of Chaos and Death Merchant. This is a GREAT lineup put together by Rag Rock Promotions and  I’m very much looking forward to this show! I’ll have the ticket link posted up here soon.

Thats all I got for now. If you got this far then thank you for reading. Be sure to keep up with me on social media for  more updates.     —Cyanide Out
